Overview
I'm like a wedding planner...
for your postpartum season!
A strong network of support for new parents is the key to a flourishing postpartum season and can fortify the entire community.
News Flash! Your partner can not be your entire village. Your mother and your bestie can not be an entire village, neither can your doula.
When we can organize everyone in your circles to be part of your fourth trimester BEFORE baby arrives, you will be wrapped in the village care that we all wish for.
For newborn parents in the early weeks and months of recovery and bonding, the last thing you want to do is direct, request, and organize support for yourself when you are right in the thick of early parenting- you get to simply receive.
Let's map out a nesting plan for you to be wrapped in support and care. This package is for biological, foster or adoptive parents.
Have you ever heard someone say, "Call me, if you need help"?
And then we never do.
For newborn parents in the early weeks and months of recovery and bonding, the last thing you want to do is direct, request, and organize support for yourself when you are right in the thick of early parenting-you get to simply receive.
Sometimes we don't know what to ask and sometimes folks don't know how to show up. This coaching package and shareable workbook helps you get clear on both so when baby arrives-everyone knows who does what and when.
So you can ask for the help you need and ahead of time and receive the care and support that your community WANTS to offer.
You might be surprised how many people in your life, both near and far, receive joy and a sense of satisfaction being invited to support you in such a tender time.
A fully supported fourth trimester is not just for the wealthy! With a well mapped out plan, you can have it all (meals, cleaning, childcare, errands run, garden tending, pet care and emotional support).
I will help you map out the ways in which your community can help you in the early weeks. Then, we will organize who fits into each category of requests (intimate and non-intimate support) and the appropriate ways they can help.
For example, you wouldn't ask your boss to help your baby latch, but they are a great candidate for sending flowers or a meal from a restaurant.
Learn some practical things that you will need, other than more stuff, and walk away with an organized support plan for you and your baby to be wrapped in care and support-right when you need it most.
A nourished postpartum season is not just for the wealthy, it's for all of us! Let's get started so when baby arrives you (and your family) get to rest, recover and bond while receiving the love and care from your village.
